Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you didn't find your country among the shipping destinations, please contact us at info@savellireligious.com.
All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Italian time will be processed the same day. Otherwise, shipping will be delayed until the next business day.
Please note that in the case of a blessing request, shipping time may be longer depending on the date of the papal audience.
Unfortunately, none of our couriers deliver to P.O. Boxes. To receive a purchase placed on Savelli Religious you will need to enter a residential address.
It is possible to track your order by clicking on the tracking code directly from the order shipped email, or by entering the tracking code on the website of the courier company with which the shipment was made.
Shipping costs vary according to the destination country and parcel weight-volume. An exact estimate of the costs will be calculated based on this information at checkout. Please consider that free shipping is provided on orders over € 500.
Yes! Please, select the in-store pick-up option at checkout.
There are no customs fees for orders shipped to Eurozone countries and US. For the rest of the world, customs duties are charged to the customer.
Do not worry — we create the shipping label of the soon-to-be-blessed purchases beforehand in order to fulfill and ship them faster after the Pope’s audience. When the order is physically picked up by the courier, it will be viewable from the tracking code.
Blessing
In order to make your purchase experience even more unique, Savelli offers you a free blessing service. At your request, we can take the religious articles to receive the blessing from the Holy Father in St Peter’s Square, during papal audience.
It is possible to request a blessing for each item purchased.
Blessing service is free of charge.
The general blessing takes place at every papal audience, usually on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Payments
Yes, we use cryptographic technology to protect our clients’ personal information during the checkout process. Every payment method on Savelli Religious is PCI compliant and supports checkout with 3D Secure.
At Savelli Religious you can pay with any credit or debit card, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Payment in installments with Klarna is also available.
No, we do not offer cash-on-delivery service.

If you have not placed your purchase, you can enter your discount code at checkout. In case you have already placed the order, you will not be able to apply a discount code. You can still apply the discount code on your next purchase if it meets the requirements.
Products
It is possible to customize medals and other items if eligible for engraving. If the item you are interested in is eligible for engraving, you will find on the product page the option to add it. For other customizations, contact us at info@savellireligious.com and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Yes, you can commission a mosaic on demand. Whether it is a mosaic for hanging, an entire wall, or an insert for the interior or exterior facade, there is an opportunity to make a mosaic for every need. Contact us at info@savellireligious.com for more information.
Generally, it is possible to change the beads, cross, and pater of the rosary. To learn about the options, contact us at info@savellireligious.com.
All Savelli products are made in Italy.
Orders
Ordering on Savelli Religious is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO BAG” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
To check on the status of your order or verify shipment, login to your account on Savelli Religious, check the shipping confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, or contact our Customer Service.
It is possible to cancel or modify an order as long as it has not been processed, except for custom and pre-order orders which can only be modified or canceled within 24h after payment.

It is possible to return an order within 14 days after receiving the item, except for custom and pre-order orders. See our Terms of Sale for return requirements.
Contact us via chat or at info@savellireligious.com communicating the names for the blessings. If the order has not yet been processed, we will add the request from the backend. If the order has already been processed, you will not be able to add the blessing request.
When "pre-order" appears on the button of a certain article, it means that the product is momentarily out of stock. You can proceed with the purchase of the article even if it is out of stock, through the pre-order button. The estimated time to order and ship your articles will be from 14 to 30 business days. To proceed with your order as soon as we can, you will need to make your purchase first.
