- What is Savellireligious.com affiliate program?
Affiliate program allows to place links on your website and  / or  newsletter which  connect you to our portal. The users, coming from your website,  who access to our portal and make orders, will let you gain a 10% commission.

 - What do I have to do to become an affiliate ?

Just fill out application form and wait for a confirmation mail and a mail of acceptation of your application. 

- Is it free ?
To join the affiliate program is totally free. The contract is based on the concept of  “Revenue Sharing” which allows profits for both parties. We provide for the products and the assistance, you take care of the clients and promotion.

 - How much is it profitable ?
There is no limit, it all depends on your capacity. It is obvious that more banners and links you place on your website, major are the possibilities of profits. 

- If I have more than one site, can I affiliate all?
Yes, you can. You just need to register all of them. 

- Can privates join the program ?
They certainly can to the same extent as businesses, associations, schools, etc. There is no any limitation. 

- Do I have to sign a contract or some general terms ?
Yes, you do. The “General terms” are signed up on-line at the moment of registration. To read them just click here.

- Do you accept also the sites oriented on adult users?
No, we do not accept such websites, nor those advertising similar contents.

- Do you accept Dialer websites?
No. We do not accept websites trading these service.

- Who deals with Customer Care?
Savellireligious.com places at your disposal a special “Contact Center & Customer Care” accessible by e-mail: customers@savellireligious.com, phone +39.06.97.27.33.22 or via Toll Free Number 011.800.190.22.004 (from  Canada and the United States) and 00.800.190.22.004 (from  Italy only).

- Who deals with the orders?
Savellireligious.com has the overall management of orders.

- How long does it take to receive the confirmation of subscription?
You will receive it within 48 hours.

- Am I obliged to keep affiliated or can I cancel the links at any moment?
You can cancel the link whenever you want. 

- Why could I not be accepted as “Affiliate”?
The requirements are mainly for the contents. In fact, Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl,  the owner of  savellireligious.com website, is highly concerned about its image, so it  is very careful to consider the conditions under which it could judge the contents of your site not suitable to be associated with its trademark and, consequently, refuse the affiliation. Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl requires that the net of its affiliates complies with the standards of quality pursued by the company.  The sites judged illegal by Italian legislation will not be approved.

- Can I join another program of yours?
Obviously, you can. There are no limitations. You can subscribe to both the “Program Affiliate” and to the “Reseller” one. It is up to you to choose which is the most suitable and profitable for you.

- Can I join affiliate programs of other companies?
You certainly can. There is no exclusive obligation.

- Can I include my link in the e-mail?
Yes, you can without any problem. It is obvious that no Spam or any other inappropriate mail-sending is allowed. Any possible abuse will cause the immediate cancellation of the user of the program. Besides,  Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl  reserves the right to take legal action in order to protect its interests.

Payment questions
- Which is the mode of payment ?
The payment is by bank transfer, Western Union^© or Italian Posts. The costs of commissions will be borne by “Savelli”.

- Can I pay in dollars ?
Yes, you can if you reside in the United States, otherwise the payment must be made in euros.

- Do I have to pay taxes on commissions?
If you reside in Italy and you are a self-employed, you have to make the payment of welfare contributions and taxes on your own. If you reside in Italy but represent a company you are to pay taxes and keep the appropriate VAT accountancy. In all other cases you have to refer to the regulations in force in your country.

- Which is the minimum amount  to obtain the reimbursement?
Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl will pay you as soon as you reach 100 € of commissions on “effective” orders.

- Do I have to make out an invoice?

Yes you do. All the “Affiliates” have to make out an invoice or a similar fiscal document upon which reception “Savelli” will proceed to carrying out the payment. 

- When and how often am I paid ?
The payment is made upon the minimum amount of reimbursement equal to 100 € accumulated on “effective” sales. The frequency will depend on how quick you manage to find the users who will make purchase. To this purpose we advise you to provide for the best advertisement of your website.

- What does “effective order” mean?
An effective order goes through two specific phases: the confirmation of the payment and the withdrawal period. Being the payments made by means of the credit card, the confirmation period is of 90 days from the payment date. Therefore, the commissions can be liquidated only upon the expiry of such period. Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl has the right to require that the client pays by means of bank transfer, should the order exceed a certain amount. As to the withdrawal right, the term is of 10  days  from the date of the goods reception.

- What is the average profit of a Savellireligious.com’s affiliate?
It is not possible to foresee even an approximate figure. It is obvious that greater is the traffic your website generates, major is the possibility to gain profits. Thus, it is essential that you promote and advertise your site.

- What do I need the operational interface for?
It allows you to view how much you have earned, considering that every transaction is reported in real time.

- Can anyone accede to the operational interface?
No, they cannot. Each of the affiliates has its own personalized operational interface. 

- I represent a company. Do the carried out payments include VAT?
The payments for companies include VAT. All the invoice and heading details to be presented to us will be communicated upon the payment.

- How can I increase my receipts with Savellireligious.com?

Place our banners on the pages of your website; create textual links in your e-mail or newsletter. So doing you can increase the probability that your users will make purchase on www.savellireligious.com.

- Which promotional tools do I have ?
We will provide you with the banners of various  formats, images of the products and textual links.

- How do I use the banners I have at my disposal ?
Inside the operative interface you will find different types of banners and images with a personalized  html code and your ID affiliate to inset into your pages.

- What is an “ID affiliate” ?
It is  an identification number which enables the system to identify which “affiliate” website the clients come from.

- How do I use the links I have at my disposal ?
Inside the operative interface you will find different types of links with a personalized  html code and your ID affiliate to inset into your pages, e-mail, newsletter etc.

 - Can I decide on the best way to promote your portal and products on my website?
You certainly can. You are totally free to promote our products and services the best you think, provided the compliance with the morals, social ethics and netiquette (it is forbidden to deceive the users with wrong and misleading messages).

Administrative questions
- How much does it take to have my application accepted?
In general, we reply within 48 hrs from the reception of the application. Though, in some particular periods a major time lag may be needed.

- What are the reasons why my application may be rejected?
We check every single application for affiliation in order to assure that the quality level of our affiliates lives up to some standards. In particular, the sites violating the author’s rights, norms or trademarks of the third parties are non accepted. Besides, we reject the sites with pornographic contents or those which compromise the rights of children or inspire violence or represent a danger for the State security; the sites hosting viruses, Trojan horses and similar programs able to damage documents or systems also in a hidden way. This is, in any case, not a complete list, therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any application for affiliation coming from the sites of dubious quality or contents.

- Do I have to sign up a contract and give it to Savellireligious.com ?
No, you do not. You will find the contract directly on-line.

Technical questions
- What is the tracking ?
By means of the tracking we are able to identify the users coming from your site.

- How does it work ?

The banners and the links you are provided with, have your ID affiliate. This univocal number permits our system to track your site’s visitors as well as to register the commissions on their purchases which are due to you.

 
- What is an  “ID affiliate” ?

It is an identification number which  enables the system to identify which “affiliate” site the users come from.

- My personal data have changed (address, e-mail, etc…). How can I update them?
Get connected to the operational interface of your account and enter the “Login” (Username and Password). Choose the option  “My personal data” in the main menu. Update the data and click on “Modify”.

- Can I modify the domain and subdomain I used to register?
Yes, you can. Go to the operational interface of your account and enter the “Login” (Username and Password). Select the option “My personal data” in the main menu. Update the URL and click on “Modify”.

- Can I personally create a textual link and other means which lead to your portal?

In theory it is possible, though we do not accept this for two good reasons. Firstly, you could insert the tracking code wrongly, which would bar the system from tracking and registering your sales; Secondly, we would prefer to keep to our coordinative idea. In the operational interface you will find a wide range of material in line with these two simple rules.

- How are the links created?
We have a Tag Generator which creates HTML codes to be cut and pasted into your pages, mail, newsletter. You can find it all in the operational interface. The mechanism is very simple and permits to create as many links as you want. 

- Where do I have to place the links?
You should put them in the easiest place for your clients to find, for example, on your homepage and the most visited pages. If you manage a newsletter you can insert a link and  a text inside it in order to stimulate your users. The same may be done for the e-mails providing that the privacy and spamming regulations are complied with.

- How long does it take to collocate the link (to paste the code)?
It will take only a few minutes. Enter the operational interface, select the banner or the link you like best, copy the code and paste it in your site, e-mail or newsletter. You can repeat this operation as many times as you like, so increasing the possibility of selling.  

- Where are the banners and the links?
You will find a wide range of them in the operational interface.
